Photobooth rentals - Frequently asked questions
Q: What’s included in the rental package?
A: You receive unlimited, free photos throughout the event. Our support staff is also available during the event to make sure everything runs smoothly. We handle delivery and take out as well as coordinating logistics prior to the event (we will do a “walk through” several weeks prior to the event if we are unfamiliar with the location.)
Q: How many photos can we take?
A: Unlimited. The photo booths are loaded with a roll of 1,000 photo strips. In addition, we always carry back up film just in case.
Q: How many people can fit in a photo booth?
A: We’ve seen up to 6 people fit! Usually up to 4 people fit into the photo booth at one time, but it takes some practice!
Q: Do we have to wait for the photo strips to come out before taking another one?
A: No, you just keep jumping back in with your friends or colleagues and hit the button. The photo booth will keep up with you.
Q: If it’s “free,” how do you take a photo without putting money in the machine?
A: We replace the “bill acceptor” with a button that you push to activate the photo booth.
Q: What unique ideas have you seen?
A: Lots of brides are providing scrapbooks for their guests to place their photos in and write fun notes to the bride and groom. Incorporating photo strips into wedding favors such as; coasters, ornaments and thank you notes have recently become a great addition to favors as well as the entertainment. With company parties, you can auction off crazy photos of the executives or make "fake" laminated ID tags with humorous statistics. Photo booths are also being used for unique "ice breakers" at company functions/meetings.
Q: Are there negatives produced?
A: No, neither type of photo booth produces a negative. However, the digital photo booth can record all photos during the event and a CD can be purchased of these photos for $150.
Q: When do you set up and is that part of the hourly fee?
A: We usually set up the photo booth several hours prior to the event to ensure perfect performance. When it comes to rental fees, only the hours of the actual event apply.
Q: Can we decorate the photo booth?
A: Yes, the photo booth is yours for the event. Match the booth to the 5 star location or keep it vintage. Provide us with customized signs and we’ll install them on the photo booth.
